A while ago, we celebrated Daddy birthday at Chomp Chomp, "Bao Xi" restaurant and at my place... He was a happy man cos we planned it as a surprise... No one told daddy abt it, so daddy was left in the "dark.. But can tell he was real happy..

MJ Session + Surprise Bday Celebration for Uncle Chew

Last Friday, we had our regular MJ session with Mabel & Uncle Chew... This MJ is a little different from the rest of the session.. We had a surprise planned for Uncle Chew...

It was Uncle Chew's bday on Sunday, so we decided to throw him a surprise.. We got him a cake, a bday card and a "Fatt" hp keychain before hand.. All 3 of us were waiting for him to go toilet, so that we can surprise him with the cake.. But that nitz, his bladder is super strong...

In the end, we waited until MJ ended before we got the cake out.. He din guessed it, so it was a succesful plot =D

BJ Farewell Dinner

On 20th, we went for dinner @ Changi Bistro for BJ farewell dinner... we had a really fun time entertaining one another and chit chatting..

BJ is leaving to pursue studies in medical field & therapy... All the best to her =D

I hate noise... Kaden hate noise too...

My office aircon broke down.. **Grrrrr**.. Vendor was sent in to repair the systems.. Throughout the afternoon, there were never ending drilling and hammering.. It was so so noisy...

I hate noise.. I can't concentrate on analyzing my costs.. O_O
The drilling is making me go **up and down**

Little Kaden hate noise too.. For the whole, he had been kicking non-stop.. Now, Mummy is aching at the tummy area.. =(

Why muz the aircon breakdown... Sigh.. how i wish i on leave today...

Kaden's Update @ 6 mths 1 wk

Kaden is deleveloping well.. So well that Mummy is scared of him.. or rather scared of his powerful kicks =D Kaden has in fact developed a schedule of kicking.. Here's it is..

On weekdays..
6.15am : Alarm rings.. Kaden will flip & turn and kick me.. He refused to get back.. He wanna to sleep more
12.30pm : Lunch time but mummy still at work.. Kaden will start kicking... He is hungry
6.30pm : Pre Dinner time... mummy is waiting for daddy to knock off work.. Kaden will start kicking... I'll snack a little... The kicking stops for a while..
7.30pm : Dinner time... Kaden will be kicking non-stop cos he is real hungry now.. ha ha ha
After 10pm: Kaden knows that Mummy is relaxing.. he'll start kicking to get my attention.. Naughty Kaden..

On weekends...
9plus : Mummy will start feeling Kaden flipping and kicking... Opps.. this timing during wkdays, Mummy wld have finished her breakfast.. But wkends usually mean sleep in late time... so no breakfast... no wonder Kaden is kicking...he is hungry.. Mummy will "negotiate" with Kaden and asked for extension..
10plus to 11 plus : The kicks will be back...Kaden is real hungry now.. ok ok.. Mummy will be up soon...

Usually on wkends, Kaden won't kick during meal times cos Mummy always had her meals on time =D The sunday which just passed, dear and I watched "Red Cliff" @ home.. Kaden is excited and he keeps kicking.. He muz have loved the war scene and all the fighting.. Jus like his father =D

And I realised Kaden is as witty as his father too... Kaden will kick me hard.. and when i called daddy to feel the kick, his kick will only be gentle and light.. Hmpf... Naughty Kaden.. trying to hide from fierce daddy.. But mummy has her way of "catching" Kaden too =D

Though the kicks are painful.. Mummy still love to feel them... =D
Kaden, you muz kick mummy more, ok?? At least to let mummy know you are there =D

Kaden Lim

Yap.. we had thought of a name for our baby.. He'll be called Kaden...

Kaden is of American origin and it meant fighter.. We hope our baby will be a fighter in every aspect of life =D

Dear is known as Kai.. and baby will be known as Kaden.. All starting with "K"... but we din chose that name on purpose.. Basically, both dear and I loved the name.. and we loved the meaing.. So now.. presenting...

The chinese name will hav to wait while baby is born cos we decided to engage the help of others to count the stroke of baby's chinese name, based on his birth date and time.. So meanwhile, we will jus called him KADEN =D

Detailed Scan @ TMC

Went for my detailed scan at TMC on 18th Feb... Just gotten the test result from my gynae.. Yippe.. Kaden is in perfect condition... Here's some of his photos...

This is a side view of Kaden.. Oh my, he is so curled up in my womb... Dear commented that he is a bit "kok" head, jus like me.. hee hee hee... Here's Kaden's heartbeat... His facial features.. His tiny nose and lips... Oh, and that's the placenta on the other side... Heard from my colleagues that it can be eaten... but i doubt it.. i saw real pictures of placenta before.. so bloody.. how to eat.. Yucks..

My next monthly visit to Dr Adrian is on 7th April.. so looking forward to see Kaden again =D

3D2N Sunway Lagoon is coming...

Yap.. I booked a trip to KL, Sunway Lagoon during the Gd Friday weekend..

Been waiting to travel for so long.. but with Baby Lim coming along, trips to HongKong & Taiwan by airplan had to be put on hold... So in the end, decided to go for a relax trip to Malaysia instead.. No worries on my part cos my in-laws coming along too... It'll be a fun family trip.. My parents could not join us though cos they going to China during the same period too.. wow.. everyone gg on trips =D

Will be taking the Transtar coach.. it will be the 1st class coach (it's a 16 seater coach).. Going to have meals on board, served by bus steward or stewardess.. hee hee hee.. so cool

Going to bring extra bags.. just in case i see nice nice baby thingys to buy...
So counting down to this trip =D

Tsunami's coming....

10th Feb 2009... This is a remarkable day when Baby Lim gave me & dear a Hi 5... His 1st Hi 5 =D

12th Mar 2009... This is another remarkable day for me... Baby gave me a tsunami wave inside my tummy and both dear and I could actually see my tummy move... YES... MY TUMMY MOVED... something like the waves u see by the beach...

This is so amazing... I was shocked as this is the 1st time I actually see tat.. Although the kicks are frequent (or shld I say daily..), I nvr really see actual movement on the surface of my tummy.. So 1st time for Mummy Lim..

Yesterday nitz, I went out for dinner with my colleague.. Dinner meant farewell for one of my colleague who is leaving in early Apr... Had crab feast at Mellen at AMK.. of course, i dun take crab, so had the other dishes.. Maybe I ate too much, so Baby Lim is full of energy.. He kept kicking me last nitz.. And mind you, his kicks were not normal kicks.. it's like heavy kicks.. just like tsunami wave..

As I was lying on my bed resting & reading 8 days, dear was reading his papers, Baby Lim would kick me hard.. If I talked too loudly and asked dear to feel my tummy for the movement, Baby Lim will just do cycling movement inside my tummy... So last nitz, I'll softly asked dear to put his hand on my tummy.. Then Baby Lim got caught for kicking me hard hard by Daddy Lim.. It's was funny..

Dear caught him in the act and start talking to him, not to bully me by kicking me so hard.. He seemed to be able to hear.. His strong kick stops.. But the naughty act came back.. 10mins later, he started kicking me again, hard one also.. So i repeated what I did previously and Baby Lim got caught again..

I had grown so big and even my parents & hubby doted me and dun dare to beat me up or kick me.. Now I actually lost to little ox of mine and dear.. Sigh.. Irony of Life (as dear called it.. hee hee hee) =D

Happy 1st Bday, Jovan...

Yesterday, our couple frenz's darling prince, Jovan turned 1 year old.. We attended the bday bash held at Lin Ling's sister's condo...

We arrived quite late as I was as usual "slow" and down with a slight flu also.. When we arrived, most of the CL gangs were already there... Very impressed with the efforts that Lin Ling & Wenqiang put in to do up the birthday deco... Will make dear do the same when our prince arrive too =D

As usual, dear got his hands on Jovan.. Dear always seemed to be able to carry Jovan effortless.. I'm 5.5 mths pregnant now.. so not able to carry Jovan, in case he start kicking or turning.. But it was such a pleasure to take pictures of the 2 of them fom far =D

Hmm.. wonder what's it like to hold a bash for my prince in the future.. ha ha ha.. tat's still long way to go huh.. well, i'll keep dreaming 1st =D

OMG.... that's a Vintage....

Last Sat, we spotted a vintage car.. it is an old type of Merces... Can't help it but to take some pics.. It' a 2.8cc car.. The inside was very well maintained.. Hardly saw a car like this in Singapore.. Impressed =D

Feb Babies Bday Celebration

Last week, Sunshine Gang went on an outing to Singapore Flyer... We were actually using the discounted tickets we bought through our company to go for the ride.. I din go for the ride cos dear was scared tat the flyer will stop in midway again... So me & dear only joined in for the dinner =D

We dined at Bistro Senso.. It is an Italian restaurant... food was nice but a bit too cheesy for my liking... But i muz say that the surrounding was gd and the company was right.. Let the photos do its talking =D
