Wow… sounds so nice….
The unit, when purchased also comes with minimum renovation like flooring (tiles for the living room & kitchen & timber skirting for the rooms), kitchen top & cabinets, air-conditioning and electrical fitting… There are 2 kitchens already done up for you…one wet and one dry (sounds a lot to me since I seldom cook…) Basically, when the handover of keys is done, the owner just need to purchase furniture & electrical appliances and they can move in already…
When the sales staff spoke to me and dear, I was like “wow” here… “wow” there… So “动心” lei… until the price came….
Minimum cost of a unit is ard S$700k… Square area is only 96sqm…. Only 6sqm bigger than my atrina unit.. yet the price is like 3 times more…. What turns me off is the amount of cash cum CPF u needs to put in upfront… 5% cash of purchase price …. Which cost more than my car..another 15% cash and/or CPF of purchase price in dun rem how weeks time…. Which amount to purchase of 2 full license plate car
Almost fainted on the spot… Luckily dear caught hold of me… This is my 1st encounter with private property… So interesting yet “scary”… Wa ha ha ha
