On the 2nd last day of Chinese New Year, we visited Loyang 大伯公, for prayers as well as to hope to catch a glimpse of the horses that the temple brought in just for this new year.

Horses viewing... only for the horse year...   

Free food for all, sponsored by a kind soul... Hokkien mee, prawn noodles, chicken rice, dessert, popcorn to candy floss...

A Very Special Ang Bao

Daddy received a very special ang bao from his management the other day. Instead of $$$, it is a free annual Resort World Sentosa membership card... The card itself is not the best part...

What is best about this gift is that membership comes with a welcome package where we can choose between dinner, spa session, USS tickets, S.E.A Aquarium tickets or Adventure Coves tickets...

No prize for making the correct guess on which welcome package we are choosing... ke ke ke

Last weekend, we went to City Square Mall, to utilise our tickets for another Uncle Ringo carnival. Compared to the carnival at River Ang Bao 2014, this carnival is of much a smaller scale. Nonetheless, the bunnies had lots of fun too...

Every year without fail, there will be a family among us that will host the Chinese New Year house visting, after which we will go for a lo hei cum dinner, before ending the day back at the family's house again.

This year, it is our turn to host the CNY house visiting. However, due to limited weekend available for the visit, many could only make it for the house visiting and had no choice but to give the dinner a miss. Nonetheless, we still manage to do a Lo Hei, thanks to LL.

Dinner was a simple affair at Soup Restaurant for us and our great pal & their kiddos.  The kiddos enjoyed themselves while we adults had really a good chat =)

River Ang Bao 2014

On the 4th day of Chinese New Year, we took leave and as a family, we went to River Ang Bao 2014 @ the floating platform. Ever since the bunnies are older, we had made a visit to the River Ang Bao an annual affair... Hopefully we can continue the "tradition"...

Chinese New Year 2014... Back to Segamat... Day 3...The Finale...

We slept after 12midnight the day before and hence woke up late on our last day in Malaysia. We wanna to go to the kampung's temple but due to lack of time, we gotta give it a miss. Our transport came early, so after a good breakfast, we were on our way back to home sweet home.
